We hired FDC Design Build to landscape and hardscape the back and side yards in our new Petaluma home. Henry and Morgan worked closely with us to develop plans; because it was a large, mostly empty space to begin with, it took considerable time to settle on a plan, with many iterations and changes from our end. We appreciated their emphasis on drought-resistant and native plants. Throughout the process, they were accommodating and helpful, showing us multiple options and helping us realize our vision. Their crew was outstanding, friendly and hard-working, and the process was non-disruptive as possible. We ended up adding two major additional hardscaping projects well into the process, and each time they worked hard to realize the changes. We are thrilled with the outcome, and have received many compliments; it has completely transformed our property.

We had a tough terrain to build a deck on. Henry and Morgan were very professional, brought multiple architectural drawings and took every idea we suggested into their drawings. Their team was great, friendly and very flexible. They got the job done in a timely fashion and we absolutely love the final work!  We are still enjoying our deck and get compliments from everyone who comes over.

After filling in our swimming pool, Henry and Morgan helped us transform our backyard into an outdoor living space we could use all year long. We really enjoyed working with Henry and Morgan on our kitchen remodel. They transformed our small 1950's uninviting kitchen into one of our favorite rooms in the house. We received multiple bids on our project and while they were all comparable in price, what set the Fleischmanns apart was that they broke the bid down into all of the component parts that were easy to understand, and more importantly, took the time to come out to our house and walk us through the entire bid. They were also accommodating when we had several, multi-week delays due to various issues outside of their control. The Fleischmanns did a great job at our house.
